This item for sale is a copy, of a very popular E Howard #3, banjo wall clock. The clock measures, 38 1/4 inches tall, is 15 1/2 inches wide, and 5 3/8 inches from front to rear. This is a spring driven, time and strike clock, in excellent working condition. Strikes once on the half hour, and counts out the hour, each hour. The dial pan is 10 1/2 diameter, 8 1/2 inch time ring, with roman mumerals. The wooden upper door bezel, is 12 inches in diameter. The upper bezel, throat, and lower door are all hinged and open. The hands are spade shaped, and are black. The case is made from solid wood, veneers, has a mahogany finish. The glasses are in good condition and have no cracks or breaks. The designs on the glasses are silk screened, in black and gold. The pendulum has a mahogany finished wood stick, and a 2 3/4 inch brass colored bob. The bob can be seen through the center of the bottom glass swinging side to side while clock is running. This clock is new, and in excellent condition, however the clock may need to be put in "Beat" by a clocksmith after shipping. Antique #3 Howard clocks sell in the $1000.00s, if you can find one, someone will sell. Here is a chance to own a similar looking clock for much less money. This is a large wall clock.
